Flashlight produces a noticeable glow when placed lens down on a flat surface if left on. This feature will help conserve battery life by alerting you to turn the flashlight switch to off position.
The nylon breakaway lanyard is attached to the tail cap in such a way that the flashlight will stand on the tail cap to reflect off a ceiling in an emergency.
